1 - Access
1.1 Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd will try to make the website fully accessible to you at all times however cannot always guarantee access. On occasion the website may not be available for a short time while maintenance is carried out or for other pre-planned reasons.
1.2 Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the website, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion at any time.
2 - Content
2.1 Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd makes every effort to provide accurate information regarding descriptions of items for sale, prices and all other matters on its websites.
2.2 Due to the nature of our products all measurements given on our website may be subject to a small tolerance.
2.3 Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage which results from the use of the website or the information it contains. All product images are for illustrational purposes only.
2.4 Offers are at the discretion of management and may be stopped at any time.
3 - Orders
3.1 Due to the nature of our business all products are handmade to order therefore we highly recommend checking your confirmation email to ensure the details of your order are correct. If you do not receive this email, please get in touch with one of the team as detailed below. If you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
3.2 At no point will an order be refunded due to an error as detailed above. As all orders are handmade and finished to your chosen style we therefore cannot accept returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your order please contact us to see if we can arrange a resolution which is equally beneficial to Luxury Pet Furniture and you (our customer(s)).
3.3 Orders will be accepted directly through our website, telephone and via our social media pages. When ordering via any of these channels you are thereby bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page
3.4 We reserve the right to decline any order in full or in part, for any reason at our absolute discretion.
3.5 Once you’ve placed your order this will generate a confirmation email to be sent to you. If you do not receive one please check your junk box and if this is still unsuccessful please contact us to ensure your order has been received. At this point Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd only accepts the order and agrees the contract to supply at the point of dispatch (physical handover of the goods to the chosen delivery company.) When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming that the order has been accepted and providing you with tracking details where appropriate.
3.6 You agree that all information supplied to us during the order process is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4 - Payment/Refunds
4.1 All credit and debit card payments are processed via Stripe which is PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level certification in the industry.
4.2 If you request an order by telephone your payment details will be entered directly into our website for processing. Your card details will not be written down.
5 - Delivery
5.1 For hand made products we aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days from the date of order, in exceptionally busy times this may increase however you shall be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any possible delay.
5.2 All orders and payments will be screened for evidence of fraudulent activity. In some instances, this may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order. Orders will be dispatched once all of the items ordered are available. If there is a delay on a specific item, you may be contacted to establish whether you would prefer to split the order or wait for a single delivery.
5.3 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours from the receipt of goods so that we can arrange a replacement or refund as preferred. We may ask you for photographs of any damages prior to processing a claim. If this does happen you may also be required to return the item, return postage will be at the cost of Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd if it is deemed to have been a delivery issue which has caused the damage.
5.4 Payment will be taken at the time of order not dispatch.
5.5 If you do not receive your order within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch you should contact their customer service team to ensure your query is followed up in the timeliest manner.
5.6 You are responsible for entering your full postal address correctly. Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd takes no responsibility for missing items that have been sent to an incorrect, old or inaccurate address.
5.7 Should an item be returned to us due to incorrect address or has proven undeliverable you may be requested to pay for postage to return the item.

5.9 By ordering our products you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of delivery.
6 - Our Products
6.1 On purchasing our products, you agree to understanding the way in which it/they should be used and Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd will not take responsibility for injury or damage which has been caused where by a product has been used incorrectly.
6.2 All colours displayed on our website are an example of what they look like however under some circumstances outside of our control these may slightly differ.
6.3 For items finished in paint this might well be due to different batch numbers from out supplier or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.4 With some finish’s knots, mineral streaks and other natural imperfections may be seen through the paint due to their strong/dark colouration. These are not classed as defects and are a testament to the tree’s lifespan.
6.5 We mainly use soft wood spruce (Pine) in our products and as a result stained finished might well appear uneven in certain areas. Where possible we try to avoid this, however it is not classed as a defect and is due to the natural formation of the wood.
7 - Security
7.1 Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd take our security very important and ensure that our systems are always up to date with the most suitable firewall and antivirus protection. Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd do not store any unnecessary personal information.
8 - Legals
8.1 All rights, including copyright, on this website are owned or controlled by Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd. Under no circumstances are you allowed to copy or use our information unless prior written consent has been given from the most suitable individual.
8.2 If you have any queries, comments or complaints in regard to any aspect of your order or the contents of this web site, please contact us in writing and we will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction as efficiently as possible.
8.3 Luxury Pet Furniture Ltd will only cover losses for results which are deemed to be a breach of contract on our behalf and cannot take responsibility for the misuse of our products.
8.4 All contracts are deemed to be made in England and governed by English law. All queries must be made in writing within the allocated time frames. IF the matter cannot be agreed upon it will be a matter for the English Legal/Court System to finalise.
8.5 Due to the natural products used we cannot take responsibility for any damage or injury caused if the product is in any other condition other than how it was manufactured.
8.6 All sharp edges are sanded and levelled before dispatching out however if you are concerned about your product please contact us to ensure a satisfactory resolution for both parties.
9 - Reviews
